I would like to know if it is possible a script (or something else) that sends an alert when, an asset of a watchlis, t breaks or the previous relative maximum or breaks the previous relative minimum in the 15 min graph?
I consider a candle's relative maximum always, in this case 15 min, exceeds the maximum of the previous candle in a downward trend and relative minimum whenever the candle breaks the minimum of the previous candle in an upward trend

I would like to run, if possible in thinkorswim?

I haven't found anything I want so I asked if it was possible to do what I want because it is something specific

Alert won't work on Watchlist but you may script a code to turn the color of that column Green or Red when criteria are met.

And or I know how to put the color I don't know how to make the script .... can you tell me how?
