Hi all
is there a contact user for NT support on this forum, their service seems to be lagging these days, when you send an email you have no idea if or when they'll get back to you, years ago it wasn't an issue but recently it's taking longer
with a chat box you have some idea how far down the que you are

They are incredibly responsive during regular business hours. I got a message minutes after I sent an issue regarding contract expiration dates. You can also check out their support forum, which is also very responsive.

Email support has always been incredibly responsive for me. As mentioned above, in the forums they respond as well.
