Hi all,

I started using Ninjatrader 8 with a 4K monitor - a few things I have noticed:

1. I can place VERTICALLY only TWO charts one under another if I’m “maxing / stretching “ then out - meaning I CANNOT take a single chart and stretch it from tip to bottom of the screen ? Is there a solution to that ?

2. The DOM (ladder) is LARGER than Ninjatrader 7 - meaning it’s levels are VISUALLY “ THICKER “- I cannot add more ROWS - Ninjatrader 7 lets you define how many rows you would like to have on the DOM under properties - and have not seen such option

3. On my 1080p laptop monitor - it seems that the default graphics : layout of the charts takes more real estate than Ninjatrader 7 - as it’s “THICKER” - and YES - my graphics card setting for the laptop is at its max 1080p - same as it has always been with my Ninjatrader 7 - so I know it’s not a RESOLUTION issue.

Would appreciate help / input.

Sadly, NT8 does not support 4k monitors. It is a question I and many others have asked int he NT forums over time, and requested they fix. As usual, nothing has been done, which is quite frustrating as it really would allow some more screen real estate (not to mention the ability to read text!)

Last I read (which was not long ago), officially, neither supported or tested... Search the NT forums on the ninjatrader site. You'll find the threads with some tips re monitor selection, etc.
