I did a search, and didn't find much mention of the TTM indicators for TradeStation, and none for this one. There are mentions of the better-known TTM Squeeze and Scalper Alerts, but not, unfortunately, for TradeStation.
Perhaps someone who is more familiar with either TradeStation or TTM will be able to point you in the right direction, or, if you have details of the indicator, possibly a TradeStation programmer on the site may be interested in coding it for you.

I don't use TradeStation, but most TTM indicators are now available on the Simplertrading homepage (John Carters new page) and most of them work with TradeStation.
