+2. Blue light glasses are a must. You can’t spend so many hours in front of a monitor without them. I use them since 3 years, you will notice the difference soon as you wear them.
@montanajtt can you suggest a brand for bluelight glasses? where did you buy them? I have seen many models amazon but I can't really tell which one is good and which one is pure marketing.
They seem very cheap
