I am positioned long from 2623 but really it's a toss-up here. The selling was pretty aggressive today. 2620 was Monday's VPOC and we have (in principle) tagged it after hours.
@mtzimmer1 ( took the words right out of my mouth about higher value. The shape of the profile is not bottom-heavy. If we manage to hold down here this evening we will very well see some lower probing and look out below. But if they can get it back into the day's range, there's a decent chance we V-up. This would create a gap-up buying tail and show that the sell today has done its job to find buyers.
Of course, order flow rules all and how our Asian friends do things will be the real determining factor. The past is the past, and what happens now is really all that matters.
Edit: as I post this, with China on deck, we are pushing up to 50s. I'm a piker so I'm out of a bit here. The big ballers of the world (Mike et al) are in the hundreds of points range. :) I'm in the 10-50 range usually, only 5 points of risk so I'll take what I can get.
