This is the NT8 issue with order. It is simulation or replay order, that was placed and was not canceled. As you stated before, there is ONLY one method of how to take it out from being shown, reset the account. NT8 team knows that issue.
If you need to check orders and handle them yourself, there is a way to do it. Unmanaged way of orders. You take control over orders and you need to write handlers or code of the behavior.
