Have made a few modifications, it should run on NT 7.0 now.
The indicator uses a session definition. I have translated this to the full session of the trading day. You need to specify this session by adding an appropriate session template via session manager and the attach this template to the instrument traded via the instrument manager.
You can the create a chart with <instrument settings> and the indicator will select your session.
If you want to use the indicator for sub-sessions only - such as the RTH session for ES from 8:30 AM CT to 3:15 PM CT, this is possible as well, but I would have to change two lines of the indicator.
