Any one know which brokers provide the full cme book ? I know sierra does with Denali, any others out there?

It depends on the data feed the platform uses not the broker.
The Rithmic feed also provides full depth, therefore it would for instance be a good choice with heatmap charts say, especially on thinner instruments.
