I have NT8 latest version with full license. Is there an indicator that will plot a line on the chart for the previous hours H/L and keep plotting the new/next previous hour H/L as a line on the chart? If not, is there one in here that I could nab? I took a quick peek and I didnt see anything. I am an elite member. TIA!

This is something that can easily be programmed in NinjaScript. Outside of NinjaScript, you could do something like:
1) Add 60 min bars to your chart in the same Panel as your primary series
2) Add 1 period SMA set to the 60 min bars price type High (or Low)
3) Set the Plot Style to Horizontal Line
If you don't want to see the 60 min bars, set to Line Style and set color to Transparent.
