Hello! I am sorry to repeat myself - but maybe you guys can help me. Why ninjatrader deosn't incorporate a clear fee per trade including clearance fee , routing fee and exchange fee. At least a table for us - in order to have an idea what's about. I want to know ALL IN COST for each future contract . LEt's say NQ . Thank you for your help

Presumably you are enquiring about NinjaTrader Brokerage.

I am not with them so I never looked into this but @NinjaTrader can probably help direct your question.
