Anyone using Multicharts with Jigsaw? Curious to get your opinion on how its working and why you made the decision to use MC.

What do you mean by Multicharts, software multicharts? Or does Jigsaw have an internal function called multicharts somewhere?
I am confused why those two completely unrelated and different software. I think I might be the one missing something, you mean something concrete

Multicharts is a charting platform. Jigsaw plugs into it. Quite simple.
