Can some one help how to create the following indicator.

I want to create a sound alert when WilliamsR crosses below or above 20 and crosses below or above 80. I would like to get an indicator code where there will be an option to use a sound alert
when the above condition occur. I am using ninja trader for few year..But do not know anything about ninja scripts
