Due to being afraid of asking this question on sierraSupport forum, even though I have armed myself with a bulletproof vest and a fully automated and have hired bodyguards I must ask it here. =)

Have noticed that data is missing that was there before the rollover. Everything that is old has just some entries but the new after rollover is full.

How do I get the old data to display as the new one?
This happens still even though I select Chart Settings ---> Days to load and set it to 200 days.

Solution?

I suggest you post details including the symbol and bar type/period, but it looks like you do not have the "Advanced Settings" -> "Continuous Contract" option selected, if indeed you are intending to view it as such... it looks like a single contract with sparse trade at older dates, which is how it should be.

If you are straightforward in asking with SC support, they will answer, and life is good. No need to be afraid. Just don't wear your heart on your sleeve, which I hope you wouldn't do when asking for support anyway
