I am extracting Cumulative Bid/Ask for different stocks in latest multichart 12 .NET version.
The issue is every time bid/ask values hits around 2.1 to 2.2 Billion mark, it resets back to below -2 Billion.
For some stocks it resets every 15-20 minutes.

Is it possible to increase this limit through any setting, so that I can view continuous chart?
Even when I extract them through a C# code, then also the same interrupted values are extracted.

It sounds like you are hitting maximum allowed value of C# int data type which is 2,147,483,647. Try using long data type.
