JAL240; I use Infinity as well, and am using their AT charts. For the past 3 mo. their charts will lag the Dom. I have, as has been requested by others, to limit the number of charts to one. That helps, but not much. I have reduced my view to one chart one Dom. Trading the ES. The chart will completely lock, at times.

JAL240: Since you are using Infinity as your broker, you are using their TransAct feed. Are you using Sierra Charts on their data feed? Or, are you using a separate data feed. I have been in touch with their IT fellas, and to no avail. Patrick is my sales person, and has been for over 8 yrs. Before the change to the new web-based platform and charts, I did not experience a latency issue. The best browser I have found is Chrome. Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, are the worst for consuming resources. I was thinking about going with the seirra charts, and get away from the AT charts. If I chose to go that way, I would add the separate data feed. I am almost convinced, the main issue with the latency on the charts is the browser based approach to charting.
