I'm trying to convert a specific strategy and it doesn't look like there's anything for it on TOS. There's a TC2000 code for this strategy, but it needs to be converted

No, there is not an auto conversion program. You’ll need to manually create the strategy in thinkscript or have someone who knows how do it.

try use Thinkscript dot com all one word but they are presently having problems with their servers look @ posts
