As far as I'm aware-never.
The amount of money flowing into trades in currency futures is dwarfed by the money flowing into the spot fx market. Look up futures volumes and then look up how much money is traded daily (although no one knows for sure but it's huge amounts) in spot fx markets.
Remember that there are no centralised fx exchanges!
