What awesome things are you liking in YOUR life right now?
You are never in the wrong place... but sometimes you are in the right place looking at things in the wrong way.
Things I am grateful for today,
#1- my ability to change my opinion when I am wrong
#2- all the growth I have made in 2020
#3- my current mental state(hopefully didn't just jinx my self)

good morning,
I am lucky to experience a state of calmness that only the ocean and sunrise can bring
thankful that I am able to have a healthy meal
blessed to have a day at my screens to make it happen trading
haha I think now is a great opportunity to clarify what appreciation / gratefulness is.
It is not about ignoring reality. It is, however, about channeling one's focus in a positive way, in a constructive way.
When we appreciate, we do not ignore the things that are not currently working as we would like them to be. But, we choose to direct our focus to things that are working, that put us in a positive state of mind... so that there is a greater chance of success, of feeling good, of operating from a place of empowerment, happiness, and our Greater Self.
One of my spiritual teachers once said: "In optimism, there is magic. In pessimism, there is nothing." I think of that daily.
A quick and an imperfect explanation, but I hope this was helpful.

#1 - I am heading to the airport to fly to Miami in a couple of hours. I thought I was gonna trade the open, but I won't, too focused on the trip... and I don't wanna trade with my mind elsewhere (we all know how that tends to end up haha)
#2 - what new things will I experience today? I have never been to Miami, looking forward to exploring the South Beach.
#3 - this thread is taking off, I am really enjoying reading the posts when I wake up!! I appreciate all of you who share with us the good things in your life!!
Have an awesome day guys!!

I've stayed there for a week last year in October. South Beach is just amazing, and don't miss to stop by at Moreno's Bar on Collins Avenue, they have the very best cocktails around there...
