For the first one...visit Fisher Island, there you can get an appartement for just $5M, it's a bargain, but only today
For the second one...go to Miami Bayfront and take a speedboat ride. It's a yellow boat (or rocket? ) called 'Thriller', it's an awesome experience even if you are wet like after a swim when you're back at the pier...

Yeah, I'm planning to load up the boat from four to five cars NQ as well...

Mrs. wldman and I went to a co-ed rec league softball triple header last night. Our neighbors invited us. All six teams hung out until the lights went out. This reminded me of the America of my youth. Hope springs Eternal.
Know then thyself, presume not God to scan;
The proper study of Mankind is Man.
Plac'd on this isthmus of a middle state,
A being darkly wise, and rudely great:
With too much knowledge for the Sceptic side,
With too much weakness for the Stoic's pride,
He hangs between; in doubt to act, or rest,
In doubt to deem himself a God, or Beast;
In doubt his Mind or Body to prefer,
Born but to die, and reas'ning but to err;
Alike in ignorance, his reason such,
Whether he thinks too little, or too much:
Chaos of Thought and Passion, all confus'd;
Still by himself, abus'd, or disabus'd;
Created half to rise, and half to fall;
Great lord of all things, yet a prey to all;
Sole judge of Truth, in endless Error hurl'd:
The glory, jest, and riddle of the world!
Go, wond'rous creature! mount where Science guides,
Go, measure earth, weigh air, and state the tides;
Instruct the planets in what orbs to run,
Correct old Time, and regulate the Sun;
Go, soar with Plato to th' empyreal sphere,
To the first good, first perfect, and first fair;
Or tread the mazy round his follow'rs trod,
And quitting sense call imitating God;
As Eastern priests in giddy circles run,
And turn their heads to imitate the Sun.
Go, teach Eternal Wisdom how to rule—
Then drop into thyself, and be a fool!

Lovely, only I keep thinking that I can get something comparable in Thailand for 95% less... (and that Thailand beats US for most people as a place to live, is somewhat axiomatic)
You are never in the wrong place... but sometimes you are in the right place looking at things in the wrong way.
Well, sometimes I think they are just rolling the dice in order to get any price as a result, because sometime someone will come along and buy it anyway...
And I agree, Thailand is extremely beautiful as well. I've been to Bangkok and Koh Samui Island...but that was a long time ago.

#1 - WHAT????? it's another beautiful morning and I am alive and get to do lots of crazy, wacky shit???? HOW AMAZING IS THAT?
#2 - 10 sec Video from the beach yesterday attached
#3 - made some new friends yesterday, a guy from NY and a guy from Orlando. I love interacting with people who have different experiences from me.
CARPE DIEM DUDES. You are alive.
You are never in the wrong place... but sometimes you are in the right place looking at things in the wrong way.
So let me reciprocate with a tip. If you go again (when it's open to travel, in a couple of years lol), head straight to Koh Chang from the airport. Still Thailand's best kept secret, it's like Thailand was 30 years ago, unspoiled natural beauty, not over-developed, with still smiling and welcoming locals.

2) Coffee and Trading Homework. It was a very long week and I always look forward to Saturday mornings with coffee and trading studies. It makes me happy that I enjoy doing the work to become successful and that it isn't all just about grinding to make money.
