The Williams %R (percent of range) indicator is simply a stochastic oscillator with no smoothing (and with the scale reversed, so it's usually plotted with 0 at the top and 100 at the bottom.) It shows where price is in terms of a range of x bars. It does what it says it does, but it is not extraordinary. It does about as well as other overbought/oversold indicators, including stochastics (which is what it is .)

It's also probably included in all trading platforms as a built-in indicator. I just looked at NT 8 (and also 7), and it's listed as "WilliamsR."

yes i guess i should of mentioned what i was looking for in it.To have the color in the oversold and over bought area and wanted to get the 3 horizontal line and be able to adjust where they are put .
