First option is click the search box on top right, then click search for attachments. From there type in the username you want. You can exclude jpg,png from results if you want. This searches every post in every thread on the entire forum for an attachment.
Second option is to click Downloads tab, then click the search button that appears under the new navbar. Then click advanced search, and on the right type in the user name.
Yes you are right, for the Downloads area. But if you know the user name it is easier to search, otherwise you might have to go through lots of pages of indicators just to find one that was posted by the user you want to click the '?' button for
