someone thought of an indicator on Multicharts that provides information on who is winning at each price level and each bar .. sell or buy ..... using the information tick by tick or by seconds.

I've searched but can't find it

You can plot the delta by using Upticks - Downticks. This is just the number of orders filled at the ask or the bid. It does not take into account order size. So you could have 1 Downtick with an order size of 100 but 51 Upticks and the Delta will be positive 50. Still useful to know how many orders are filling long vs short in my opinion, especially comparing total volume in the move.
