Cant login into TS9.5

Hi everyone,

I just got a brand new computer and installed TS 9.5.
When I tried to login however, i got the following error message:

Login failed...To help ensure the security of this account, you must register this computer with TradeStation before you can log on. Please call the TradeStation Computer Registration Hotline at 1-800-807-9270 or 954-652-7955.

What does this mean?
I tried calling but all numbers are closed due to Covid 19.
Can anyone help me out here?

I've never used TradeStation that I recall, but my best guess would be you can only have one "active" computer at a time with their licensing system, and probably your old computer wasn't "deactivated".

Not sure this is something you can do in the software if you still have the old computer, or maybe login to your account portal with them and look for an option to disable the old computer.

I'm sure someone else here can speak with authority, but this may get you started.
