I am currently on ThinkOrSwim browsing through the options scanning feature and am trying to figure out a way to view options with very high premium returns to buy the stock and sell covered calls on. I want to find the options that have high volume, about 8% OTM, and give the highest premium/share price return for the nearest expiration date. Is there any way to do this? If not is there a different platform I should move to?

You will want to scan for stocks with high implied volatility. I would do more research on your strategy though as just because the premium is high does not make them a good stock and the higher volatility could lead to large losses on the underlying negating any premium collected.

Also research synthetic options positions, a short naked put is the same thing as a covered call.

How?

Short naked put = bullish
covered call = bearish

right?

The risk profile is the same. Limited upside while unlimited downside.
