I appreciate the contact and your effort. Thank you very much for contacting me via PN. To answer your question honestly: no, I will not share my private email address as requested. Of course I can contact the NT support myself, that's not the point at all, but rather: I just wanted to find out if this margin increase only affected me (i.e. customer related) and the possible reasons for this. Obviously, it was not a general margin increase due to critical market level and high volatility, which affects all customers, because other customers were not affected by this. I have been able to clarify this in the meantime after several conversations with other customers.
It is more than fair that offers more transparency to potential new clients by openly and directly communicating and explaining about such possible restrictions. After all, if potential customers knew upfront that NTB can and will set case-specific customer margin requirements, they certainly would not choose NTB. If NTB advertises appropriate low margins, then they should deliver on that. That's how they advertise.
