Can someone help me understand open and close times with AMP, as listed on their website? How does the market open at 3:30pm and close at 4:00pm?

I guess a trader knows when markets are open.

As you can see they have posted Sun open 5pm CT, the 3:30 pm CT open is the open after the 15 min break
