Does anyone know whether third-party brokers exist to set up a Tradestation account and use the technology? Trying to reach Tradestation directly via the phone or chat link requires that you either wait on hold for hours or schedule a phone call for later in the day. I have another account at Etrade that has similar issues with hour-long wait times to speak with customer service representatives, especially during the first few hours of the market opening. Perhaps it is due to resource cut-backs with COVID, but finding a broker who answers the phone quickly and has its systems fully running during the heavy use times is seemingly much more difficult at the present time. Thanks.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
That is some sort of collaboration between Interactive Brokers but you can use Tradestation platform (version 9.5) for trading but the broker and trades will still go through IB. That is the only one I know of where you can use the Tradestation platform. I guess Tradestation whole selling point is that they provide both the platform and they are a broker at the same time.
Otherwise there is MultiCharts where you can many data providers and brokers for executions.
