Tried doing a search but not coming up with anything but is there a way to get NT to enter a trade immediately or as fast as it can with Strategy Builder? I have set the settings to 'On each tick' and/or 'On price change' but it is still entering a candle after the trigger has happened. This is losing on average 20pts and on exit about the same for what I'm trying to do. It basically kills my strategy as it causes my algo to be almost useless b/c of it.
What am I missing here to get this to enter as soon as requirements are set on the tick or price vs when bar is closed?
Really appreciate any feedback and if I need to do Ninjascript to make it work b/c the Strategy Builder is useless for this if you could point me to a potential thread that does answer this I would appreciate that as well.

Really not sure I can help as its very vague what your doing exactly. Plus I am pretty new to ninjatrader. But the strategy builder is probably executing on bar close and NOT intra-bar. If this is the situation you would have to send the signal from your strategy to a lets say 1 tick datafeed within the strategy to execute on the close of that tick bar.
