Change color of bars for specific time

Hello.
cant find code to change color of bars for specific period of time: from 2:00 to 4:00, bars are green (if up bar) and red (id down bar), but all other time bars are gray. any suggests?

i`ve found that, it works:

input startTime = 0900;
input endTime = 1100;
def timeWindow = SecondsFromTime(startTime) >= 0 and SecondsFromTime(endTime) < 0;

AssignPriceColor(if timeWindow then Color.BLUE else Color.CURRENT);
