Last night I noticed platform problems at AMP. I closed out everything and my p/l showed nothing open
I tried calling several times but as per usual with AMP they dont answer their phones anytime something is wrong or urgent. Long story short they had me long 2 contracts and my account was down 20% when I woke up.
They gave me an email address and did in fact confirm CQG was having problems.

So far tho. No refund and no further response.

I need a broker that answers their damn phone in an emergency.

Who are your recommendations ??

I've haven't had too many problems with Interactive Brokers.... they have fast executions and offer just about everything under the sun that you may want to trade.
