Can you help answer these questions

How does one set a search to include all words
(i.e. AND)

How does one group two words e.g.
"ninja indicator" so that the entire text string must be found for a match?

Dont know if this is the case for this forum, but other people using vBulletin have the same issue:

Putting quotes around it doesn't help. Putting AND and ending with &1 doesn't either
