Dont know if this is the case for this forum, but other people using vBulletin have the same issue:

I can't seem to get any of that to work.
Putting quotes around it doesn't help.
Putting AND and ending with &1 doesn't either

To get a boolen AND
ninja+indicator&1

To get a exact phrase
"ninja+indicator"&1

I couldn't give answer to myself so you get it TT!!!
