Is there such a chart as described below?

The chart would look like it's either ALWAYS consolidating or making new highs.

A chart would look like this if you flipped the chart every time a reversal to the Down side took place.

If not this seems like an interesting idea!

I do not think that playing games with a chart is going to make me money trading.

I've read this at least five times and have no idea what this even means.

Even if I am not a programmer, I think it can be programmed on a platform like Tradestation.
I have Heikin Ashi programmed as an indicator, applied to a point and transparent chart. It work just fine.
