CQG Desktop OCO Stop not executing (disappeared)

Overnight my OCO stop above and below my position simply vanished. I have an investigation going on with CQG and trade logs are being reviewed just sending in a post in here to see if anyone else has had similar issues with the HTML version of CQG

of course it had to happen on a day when we drop 60 plus points on ES

For me it sounds like you put in the order in with "DAY" duration and not as "GTC"

here is where it went nuts. OCO was on the ladder. it was there for quite some time. I closed it out and went to sleep and look at the activity after

Ah ok, it was already today's trading, so the "DAY" duration should work, I thought you opened the trade yesterday before the close

of course they are saying that I deleted them, which I did not and are blaming me. I am seeking out legal counsel on this I would not use this product if I were you guys based on this experience
