Is there anywhere to easily access updated company weighting information (sometimes referred to as Holdings Allocation) for the companies comprising the NQ?

It seems that this info should be required to be public (and would have also imagined it being readily available), but it seems notoriously difficult to find (and seemingly outdated when I do fid it).

Thanks tr8er, but I have seen that be outdate in the past and they do not provide a timestamp of their info. However, a friend has pointed me to the QQQ weightings, which is both timestamped and downloadable as excel. I would post the link, but I am restricted.
