You can find a post he made, click on his name, and select "Send a message " and send him a Direct Message.

Or, you can go to your own User Control Panel ("UserCP" in the bar at the top of the page), go down to "Send New Message", and put in their username and compose a new message to them.

Since I assume you are talking about Bob Cometta, who did the recent webinar on "your charts should speak to you," the easiest and best way is simply to go to the discussion thread for that webinar, here:

You could just make a post in that thread directed to him, which he will probably see. That's probably the best way to contact him, because then other members will be able to see any reply and will benefit from it as well.

Also, you really should not be repeating threads on the same topic. I am leaving this one open, but closing your other one as a duplicate.

It's great that you got a lot out of the webinar and I hope you can put it to good use; that's why we have them.

After all this, I expect he will get the idea that you would like to talk to him.
