Hello, is it possible to program an AutoBid - AutoAsk function display for ninjatrader8?

AutoBid is placing a buy order at the best bid price. If the bid increases, the order is
automatically adjusted to the new best bid price. For the execution a seller must have to
sell at the best bid price. The advantage is that you avoid the spread - perfect for scalpers.
(Vice versa for AutoAsk)
