price line is not coming in nt8 even though i have added the price line indicator

i asked vendor but he could not give solution,he queried the logs but no result

@BSCandy, suspect the issue is testing it during market close. Try running simulated or market replay to see if it works as expected. Since it appears to be from a vendor it likely is a DLL and cannot be reviewed or fixed by Futures.io programmers without cracking the code.
Not sure why you are paying a vendor. There are a couple of variations of price line in the downloads under "P'"
does someone have a horizontal price line for NT8?
had one on chart - charting was freezing so NT told me to trade in safe mode
had to recreate chart and now there is no horizontal price line to add
