The zip file attached to your post contains a .dll file, which forum policy does not permit in attachments.

From the Terms and Conditions:

As a general policy, we make a best-effort to not allow DLL files. Never upload a DLL file. This is because a .dll file is an executable file that does not contain source code (the human-readable program) that can be examined to determine what it does. Instead, it is in a compiled form that contains only computer-readable instructions that are directly executed by the computer, without the possibility of human review. If you have and can post the original source code, that would be fine. (A zip containing only source code would contain a .cs file, but no .dll.) But as it is, I have deleted the attachment to your post because of the .dll.
