1) Did Vinny claim he showed C2 his NT8 broker statements? I didn't see him post his C2 trading broker statements anywhere for the public to see.
Where are his brokers statements from 10/23/2019 thru 10/28/2019 ? That is something that would help clear this up yet we haven't seen any of the broker statements from Vinny Emini. (see image)
2) Vinny claims that 'someone told him that the C2 throttling error problem was fixed' and that he was 'just testing C2 by trading with it.
The image below shows the real reason Vinny was using C2.
Other things of interest:
1) Email from Vinny to Dr. Dean Handley threatening legal action after Dr. Dean took down his video review of Algobox. Dr, Dean had asked Vinny for updated broker statements which Vinny
refused to provide. (see image)
2) Harassment of an Algobox customer for not posting positive P&L snapshots in Vinny's discord room (see images)
For all of Vinny's tough talk and threats, he is easily shaken.
Where's the bravado now? And invoking a minor, I don't believe that over anything else he says. Let's go there anyway. If you did a search for Vinny, I have no doubt you'd find phone numbers registered at that address. I doubt they'd be flagged as phones belonging to minors.
The call itself, it's quite benign. Nothing that would hurt a kid. But Vinny is clearly shaken, and it reminded me of this scene:
Vinny makes a lot of threats, like the threat to take Futures.io to court. But it's like when you see 2 guys pushing each other telling the other to hit first, you know neither want a real fight, they just want to look tough. Then one day, you push the wrong guy and there's no warning, there's no threat, you made an error in judgement, you got away with a few things, until you crossed a line.
I say this because Vinny can spread his venom free of charge. The normal reaction is to send a cease and desist and when that happens, Vinny takes stuff down. It's happened a number of times. But a cease and desist costs money. So Vinny spreads lies and takes it down when he gets a letter. He doesn't have the finances to go to court.
It amazes me how much Vinny has got away with. When you start a ball rolling, you can't control where it goes any more than you can control a forest fire you started. I think Vinny is well overdue in a lesson in repercussions and that the world will be a better place afterwards.
