Why do some stocks have a daily volume under 1?

Why do some stocks have a daily volume under 1? For example, the stock MIGI has plenty of dates where the volume is below 1. Either a share is traded or not, right? HOw could it only be a percentage of one stock? Any help would be appreciated!

It may be in thousands of shares, so 0.2 would be 200. Otherwise, I have no idea!

If your using Tradingview the volume is plotted on top of the price chart which might make it look low. If you want to see the actual daily volume on Tradingview hover your mouse over a date and look at Vol in the top left hand corner of the chart and it will tell you the exact volume. You can also see the average daily volume in the company profile window (bottom right corner).
