Hard to know now what the changes will bring, and probably they will be less for the retail customer, who ideally would see little or no change initially, or so it seems to me. HFT would be another story, probably, and the infrastructure of getting data in and out of CME will be very different on an implementation level, which is going to affect firms that supply data and route orders.
Probably you and I would not see much change early on, but that's hard to say too, and who knows about further down the road?
