Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create a strategy through strategy builder and need help. How would I say if a signal was generated in the previous bar...enter a long position on the next candle or close of the previous bar(that generated the signal)? Would the first step be something like close{}=indicator plot{}? All help will be much appreciated.

if you are using Strategy Builder...you just specify the condition in the upper frame and then what you want to do in the lower frame...what this example is doing.... if the current price is greater than the previous price and the price has broken thru a zone then go long......also included the first and second lines of the conditions and the first line of actions....thats in this strategy only just to show you how they got there..your question shows that you may not be familiar with Strategy builder.
