Any advice for being punished by Broker?

Aw, you are right! 9 seconds. It isnt my math, but it is my math through frustration. It is one thing to know I was doing this on purpose, but it is another to not know how this is happening and therefore, may do it again and pay the price because they are not sympathetic to "why" it is happening.

I am sure the commissions I pay are chump change to them, but for my family it is alot of money. (i know, do you want cheese with that whine." I pleaded with them in the email to show me how this is happening, but their recommendation was do only one order at a time. You gotta love when customer service is nothing anymore.
