Is there a way to get news events downloaded onto my chart. For instance, Powell's speech today at 1pm?

I my mine, I would like a big red bar that says market shifting news event at 1pm CST.


I have NT 8 full license, with their data source. I see News in the New tab, but how would I get it to load economic data like requested above?
