I am intrigued by the value chart indicator but isn't displaying the bar chart. I can see the value box moving on the vertical axis, and I can briefly see the bar chart when I change the 'calculate on' drop down. Any ideas on a quick fix. Sim22 is the author.

It's always helpful to provide a picture of the indicator and an onchart explanation if possible. Just a suggestion here.

I've attached a fixed version of ValueChart. I renamed it ValueChartV2 and that is how it will install and can be found by.

The coding done by Sim22 (good work) was done using beta coding which has since been changed a few times.

I am trying to use this indicator in a strategy but haven't been able to access the "trade" variable. I am not at all well versed in ninja script, but this is what i have done:

In my strategy I created a variable, cbBuy and in the indicator I created a series seriesTrade.

In the indicator, when trade is set to 1 or 2, seriesTrade[0] = trade

OnBarUpdate (strategy):

cbBuy[0] = CongestionBoxNTBCrev (Opacity1, Opacity2, Opacity3, startHour, endHour, trade).seriesTrade[0];


The strategy will not load, with the error: Error on calling 'OnBarUpdate' method on bar 2534: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hope this makes sense...again I am not well versed in Ninja Script. Any help in accessing the trade variable in my strategy would be appreciated.
