is this even possible.. i need footprint charts/numbers bars with live data but i do not want to open an account with a futures broker im literally only trying to use the futures data with footprint chart to trade forex an example of exactly what im trying to do is

Get a demo of a platform then get a Rithmic demo with a futures broker and try it out for a week.

SierraChart has a demo, Multicharts has a demo, ATAS platform has a demo.

Ninjatrader has a demo with data but you can not use footprint charts until you purchase the platform.

The only problem is you might like futures more than forex after you are done with your experiment.
