This is just personal opinion and I'm not expert of any health/medical related field

But timeline for this kind of study and ability to eliminate other variables or at least minimizing them to minimal would be impossible.

I would take these kind of things with grain of salt, I also think with exercise its not one measure fit all, each individual will have different level of what is "intensive" and more so when there is no real way to control other factors.

Just look at any modern sport people, they train all year, on pro level but that hasn't reduced anyone's life by half or anything. Even if we "assume" they are dosing, its still very very rare that someone actually dies early. So I imagine for average natural individual likelihood of this happening would be even lower.


Again, I must remind that this is my personal opinion and I've no medical knowledge or background to give advice. Just thinking out loud.
