I am a beginner and learning about orderflow. I am learning Jigsaw.
My question is:
If I wish to trade MES, does it make more sense to have the ES DOM and Tape, and then have another DOM for MES to execute trades?
I can see that being complicated and potential for errors

Alternatively, is it reasonable, and maybe even more sensible, to just use the MES DOM?

I notice that on Sierra Chart that it is possible to have the ES DOM, but then set the DOM to automatically execute MES, but I don't think that is available for Jigsaw, correct?

I think it would make the most sense to just look at the MES DOM.

I trade the micro indexes like the MES and MYM and I do not look at the ES DOM I just look at which ever DOM I am trading. Maybe if you aspire to trade the ES then it would be smart to look at the ES Dom to get a better feel for it. But if you intend on trading the MES just look at that. Each contract has different people trading. For instance, the ES has different players than the MES even though they track the same index.
